I called before my year was up having problems heat surge not shutting down completely. They took information and my credit card charged me for a new heater. I was supposed to return old heater by UPS it has been almost a month I received a letter on the 22nd of Jan. here it is Feb 4th no heater. No response from them by phone I know the probley got my money but I didn't get my merchandise yet don't know what to do. I feel that I have been taken. They didn't give me confermation code. 127653e

My Head Surgees cord becomes so hot ,you can't touch it no matter where I plug it in I can't find a number nor address to contact them to see if they have a solution. Does anyone have a number to call or an address to mail them ? DSoes anyone else have this problem? How to you handle it? Thanks for any info on this matter. Jeri

I purchased the Heat Surge heater and after only one season of use, the electronic control board went out. The mantle is great and shows good workmanship, however i cannot locate a replacement part or a new heater insert for the heater. You do not list any replacement parts or service centers anywhere that I can find!
