I bought and I quote, "AMISH HAND MADE ELECTRIC FIREPLACE/HEATER", from Home Shopping Network". This junk is stamped made in China when you receive via UPS/. First, the appearance of the hand-made, hand-finished, cherry finished mantel was disgusting.. Looks like a first grader finger painted it!. Oh well, as long as it heats our home office, what the heck on the appearance/. Second, plug it in, turn it on, you couldn't hear anything above the noise'. Complained to both companies|.
