Heat Surge - FIREPLACE WOULD NOT HEAT
I called Heat Surge and sent them 3 emails. No answer on phone.
No response to the three email requests. I have a product , which I cannot repair, and no resolution
from HS.
A request for authorization to return the item for a refund , and a return postage
label was ignored, three times. The fireplace was supposed to be a Christmas gift , which obviously
became an unavailable item.
What are my options for this product, which
will not heat, and the HEAT SURGE company will
not respond to the problem? Has anyone else
had this problem with Heat Surge LLC, and how
did you resolve it?

You ask for too much especially since we are now in March. They will not send you a preprinted postage without proof of purchase.
It doesnโt matter what you say or post. The reality is you the supposed consumer have so screwed businesses over that they will not trust anyone. You can look to your left and to your right and thank the people there for that. Everything you are dealing with comes from the fact that people just like you will justify your actions.
In your mind they are horrible people because a product you purchased last year is t working. But they only have a LEGAL amount of time to help you. Beyond that time they have no legal responsibility to you. The item is yours free and clear of any responsibility on their part.
Now that we have addressed that self entitled streak the solution is quit simple. Contact the manufacturer and request a warranty examination of the product. You will need to have a receipt and be ready to ship the item out. You have a one year legal manufacture warranty against defects in production and manufacturing.
That is them standing behind their product.
If you are expecting them to eat all the costs then you are being really silly. Show everyone that you are smarter and more mature then the situation.
