On hold for over an hour, rep's response we have a lot of customers with a lot of questions. OK, hire more rep's.

Called a week age about sending the stove back. She did not want to hear that. Said I wanted a return label emailed to me. She said she would, now a week later no return label.

This stove will not stay on, no heat control, the front gets very hot. It was all in pieces when it got here, PIECE OF CRAP. DO NOT buy from heat surge.

THEY STINK!!!!!!!! It is bad enough the stove is crap so is the customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Would never recommend there product, Heater was attractive did a good job when it worked, Looked nice.

I didn't like: Customer service is a joke.
