just received a new roll and glow heater 11-4-2017. Already does not work properly.
Can not get customer service any way,this company is awful. I would like to return but cannot get any HELP.This is number two roll and glow heater I have purchased,i had trouble with the first one and it was repaired, then replaced,that should have been my first clue not to buy from this company again. If I would have read reviews first I never would have purchased another heater.
I hope that I can get someone to help with this problem as i would like to get my money back.I would like to return this heater. Don't know how much shipping will cost.
