We sent our heater back on June 17, 2015, and was told we would get a refund back.As of this date 5 months later, and at least 8 calls, we still have NO refund.

No heater, No money back. Have not had any phone calls back. Looks like we joined a lot of other people that have been screwed by Heat Surge.

Reading other reviews, the problem we have had with the heater, other people have had the same problem.

I feel sorry for the Customer Service Reps who have to lie to the customer.Can't see how they can sleep at night.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with very unsatified and would never recommend there product and stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of heat surge fireplace. Heat Surge needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
